BoMill's innovative technology precisely analyzes the quality of every single grain in a batch. Instead of evaluating a batch solely based on its average value, BoMill considers the individual characteristics of each grain. This allows the grain to be sorted specifically according to its intrinsic quality and used optimally – for increased added value and a decisive competitive advantage.
The quality of grain varies considerably within each batch. For example, a sample with an average protein content of 11% may actually contain grains with values between 9.5% and 12.5%. Conventional methods fail to account for these differences. As a result, valuable grain is often not used optimally or is used incorrectly, leading to inefficiencies and increased resource consumption.
BoMill solves this problem by analyzing the internal properties of each individual grain. Using state-of-the-art sensor technology, the grains are evaluated and classified in real time and then sorted into predefined quality fractions. This allows the natural quality variations within a batch to be specifically utilized.
