The product enters the machine through
the generously dimensioned inlet, where
it is distributed evenly across the entire
width of the machine by a distribution
roll.
Inside the machine, the product is
permeated by a constant, adjustable air
flow, which is generated by the integrated
fan. Light particles are entrained by the
air flow, separated from the air flow in
the integrated cyclone-separator and
discharged to the side by a discharge
screw. The cleaned product leaves
the machine through the outlet at the
bottom of the machine.
A large amount
of the air is fed back into the process, a
small amount leaves the machine via the
two aspiration connections at the top.
